We only collect what’s needed to evaluate inquiries and deliver work:

• Contact & inquiry details — name, work email, company, phone, and project notes from the quote form or email.
• Client technical data — architecture notes, repo access, and credentials shared under NDA for development and QA.
• Anonymous telemetry — aggregate browser and performance signals used to keep the site reliable.

3. How we use information

We do not sell or rent personal or commercial data. We use it to:

• Prepare proposals, estimates, and timelines
• Deliver code, testing, and infrastructure work
• Handle invoices and maintenance agreements
• Meet accounting and legal requirements

4. Client IP & confidentiality

Proprietary logic, designs, repos, and trade secrets shared with Rayaxis are treated as confidential under mutual NDAs. After final settlement, custom IP and source code built for your project are assigned to you.

5. Security

• Site and API traffic encrypted with TLS
• Credentials kept in encrypted secret stores
• MFA on engineering workstations and cloud accounts

6. Infrastructure

The marketing site is served as static assets (commonly AWS S3 / CloudFront or Cloudflare Pages). Those providers maintain their own compliance programs.
