Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By using our website (https://rayaxis.com) or engaging Rayaxis Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for engineering work, you agree to these terms and any Statement of Work (SOW) we sign with you.
2. Scope & SOWs
Commercial work is governed by an SOW or retainer that covers scope, milestones, acceptance criteria, and payment terms.
3. Intellectual property
After full payment, custom code, docs, and design assets built specifically for you are yours. Third-party and open-source libraries keep their original licenses.
4. Payments
Fixed-price work invoices against milestones; retainers invoice on the cycle in the agreement. Payment methods are listed in the SOW.
5. 30-day warranty
Custom deliveries include a 30-day post-launch warranty for reproducible bugs against agreed specs, at no extra charge unless the SOW says otherwise.
6. Confidentiality
Both sides protect proprietary information shared during the engagement. We don’t disclose client trade secrets to third parties.
7. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Rayaxis is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of delivered software or third-party infrastructure failures.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, with arbitration details as set out in individual master agreements. Contact: info@rayaxis.com
